MyCareerShift is operated by FLIPPY EOOD (ФЛИППИ ЕООД), a sole-owner limited liability company registered in the Republic of Bulgaria. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website mycareershift.ai and any products or services offered through it.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Age requirement. The service is offered to adults only. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account, submit an intake, or purchase any product or subscription. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older; at every checkout you are asked to confirm this expressly. If we learn that a person under 18 has used the service, we will delete their data and cancel any associated purchase.

MyCareerShift provides AI-generated personalized career strategy reports. Each report is produced from information you submit in an intake form — your role, industry, day-to-day work, skills, and 10-year vision.

The service includes a free preview and three paid reports:

• Your Opportunity Report (add-on)
• Your Long Game (add-on)

The service also includes optional tools and features: the Shift Plan subscription (a weekly action plan), Career Copilot (an AI chat assistant), Mirror Interview (AI interview practice with feedback), Application Kits, Readiness Scores, and public role/industry outlook pages.

All of this content — reports, scores, chat responses, interview feedback, plans, and public outlook pages — is generated by artificial intelligence (large language models) and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information despite our quality controls. It constitutes strategic analysis for informational purposes only. It is not professional career counseling, legal, financial, investment, tax, medical, or psychological advice, and no adviser–client relationship is created by using the service.

Forward-looking statements. Any projection in the service — including automation timelines, "AI clock" estimates, market developments, and career outcomes — is a probabilistic estimate produced by AI models from patterns in data. Projections are scenarios with stated or implied uncertainty, not statements of fact. We do not warrant that any projection will occur, in whole, in part, or on any particular timeline, and actual developments may differ materially. Accuracy of future-looking statements is not a feature of the service.

Your acknowledgement. By using the service you acknowledge and agree that everything you receive from it is generated by artificial intelligence; that you will not treat any report, score, plan, chat response, interview feedback, or projection as the absolute truth or as a statement of fact about you, your role, or your industry; and that you will question the output, apply your own judgement, and independently verify any information before relying on it or acting on it. The service is a starting point for your own thinking, not a substitute for it. You confirm this acknowledgement expressly at every checkout.

Intended use. The service is intended solely for your personal career self-development. It is not designed or offered for, and may not be used for, making decisions about other people — including recruitment, candidate evaluation, promotion, or termination. Employers, recruiters, and their agents may not use service outputs (including Mirror Interview feedback or Readiness Scores) to evaluate any person. Anyone repurposing the service for such uses does so outside its intended purpose and assumes sole responsibility for that use and its regulatory consequences.

All prices are in US dollars. Reports and the Proof Pack are one-time payments. The Shift Plan is a recurring subscription: the renewal price and interval are shown before you subscribe, and you can cancel at any time from your account (Billing), in which case access continues until the end of the paid period.

Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details. You receive access to your report or reports immediately after payment is confirmed.

Acceptance at checkout. Before every payment — each one-time purchase and the start of the Shift Plan subscription — you are asked to confirm, by separate checkboxes, that you accept these Terms, that you acknowledge the AI-generated nature of the content as described in Section 2, and that you are 18 or older. For one-time reports you additionally give the consent described in Section 4. We record the time of each confirmation together with your order. Subscription renewals do not require a new confirmation; the renewal price and interval are disclosed here and before you subscribe.

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal for purchases made online.

However, under Article 16(m) of the Directive, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium once performance has begun, provided the consumer has:

1. given prior express consent to begin performance during the withdrawal period, and
2. acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.

At checkout, you are asked to check a consent checkbox explicitly confirming both of the above. By checking that box and completing payment, you expressly consent to the immediate generation and delivery of your personalized reports and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal.

Additionally, under Article 16(c) of the Directive, reports generated specifically from your personal intake data constitute personalized digital content made to your specifications and are therefore also exempt from the right of withdrawal on those grounds.

This policy applies to consumers in the EU, EEA, and UK. For consumers in other jurisdictions, all sales of digital content are final, as disclosed at checkout.

Shift Plan subscription. The subscription is a digital service, and the 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the day you first subscribe (it does not arise again on renewals). You can exercise it — and any other withdrawal right you may hold — using the withdrawal function on your Billing page ("Withdraw from contract"), or by emailing us. If you withdraw within the 14-day window, we cancel the subscription immediately and refund the payment in full. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium (email).

Reports generated for you are licensed for your personal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the reports commercially without prior written permission.

The underlying prompts, methodology, and platform — including all software, design, and content that is not part of a report delivered to you — are the intellectual property of MyCareerShift and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

We collect the information you submit in the intake form in order to generate your reports. We do not sell your data to third parties.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing sophie@mycareershift.ai. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

The service is strategic analysis provided for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional career counseling, legal advice, financial advice, or medical advice. You should consult a qualified professional before making significant decisions in any of these areas.

Your responsibility. You remain solely responsible for your career, education, financial, and employment decisions and for verifying material information before acting on it. The service is a decision-support tool, not a decision-maker, and MyCareerShift is not liable for decisions or actions you take based on its content, including projections that do not materialize.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the service is limited to the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or for any statutory consumer rights — including the conformity remedies for digital content and digital services under applicable EU and Bulgarian law — that cannot be excluded or limited by agreement.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bulgaria.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU, EEA, or UK, you also retain the right to bring a claim before the courts of your country of residence under mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer and we cannot resolve a complaint directly, you may refer the dispute to the competent authorities in Bulgaria under the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act (Закон за защита на потребителите):

• Commission for Consumer Protection (CPC / КЗП) — Sofia 1000, 4A Slaveykov Sq., fl. 3, 4 and 6; kzp.bg; hotline 0700 111 22.
• Sector conciliation commissions (помирителни комисии) attached to the CPC, which offer out-of-court (alternative) dispute resolution under the Consumer Protection Act.

These options are in addition to your right to bring a claim before the courts. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

If the changes materially affect your rights, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you.
